  • 2 bakerly brioche rolls
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 strawberries
  • 8 blueberries
  • 6 raspberries
  • 4 spoons ricotta cheese
  • 1 sprig mint

  • 2 bakerly brioche rolls
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 strawberries
  • 8 blueberries
  • 6 raspberries
  • 4 spoons ricotta cheese
  • 1 sprig mint

Instructions
  1. slice the strawberries.
  2. boil the balsamic vinegar, honey and a sprig of mint in a saucepan until having the consistency of syrup.
  3. cool the syrup and spread cheese on the brioche roll, then add the berries.
  4. drizzle the syrup over the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and ricotta.
  5. enjoy!
