Avocado toast you say? Well yes please! this one is bakerly style. Revisited for your delicate palates. We’ve used hand braided brioche to make it even more enjoyable than a regular avocado toast. It’s the brioche avocado toast!

  • 2 slices bakerly hand braided brioche oven-toasted
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 slices tomato

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 slices tomato

Instructions
  1. preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in broil and then toast the slices of hand braided evenly.
  2. spread the avocado on each slice of brioche.
  3. cut two slices of tomato (one for each toast) and place them over the avocado.
  4. season everything with a little bit of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. once every step is done, sit down and let your tastebuds enjoy!
