These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Bakerly’s Advent Calendar Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating, you agree to these Terms and all applicable policies on bakerly.com.
1. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
Void where prohibited.
Employees of Bakerly LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs for a limited period during the holiday season (“Promotion Period”).
Each day of the Advent Calendar reveals a time-limited offer (“Daily Offer”).
Unless otherwise stated, each Daily Offer is valid only on the date it is revealed.
3. Participation
Participants may access the Advent Calendar by following the prompts on bakerly.com.
Participants may be asked to provide contact information (such as an email address) to access the Advent Calendar experience.
No purchase or payment is required to access the Advent Calendar or to enter the sweepstakes described in Section 5.
Daily Offers may include percentage-off, dollar-off, free shipping offers, or free product with purchase offers.
Daily Offers:
- Have no cash value,
- Are non-transferable,
- Cannot be applied retroactively,
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated,
- Are available while supplies last.
Bakerly may modify, replace, or cancel any Daily Offer at any time.
4. Purchase Requirements for Daily Offers
Some Daily Offers may require a qualifying purchase to redeem the promotion (e.g., percentage-off codes, dollar-off codes, free shipping, free product with purchase).
A purchase is NOT required to enter or win the sweepstakes described in Section 5.
Purchases do not increase the odds of winning the Golden Ticket Prize.
5. Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (Day 7)
The Day 7 Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is the only sweepstakes component of the Promotion.
How to Enter — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Participants automatically receive one (1) free entry into the Sweepstakes when they access the Advent Calendar and submit the required contact information on any day during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Duplicate entries will be void.
All entries must be received by December 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using the ODICCI automated randomization tool.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification & Delivery of Golden Ticket
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry.
Winners must reply to Bakerly and provide their physical mailing address so their Golden Ticket can be shipped. The Golden Ticket will arrive in a mailed envelope sent directly to the address provided.
A winner who does not respond within seven (7) days of initial notification may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Bakerly’s discretion.
Prize Description
Each Golden Ticket winner will receive a 3-month supply of free Bakerly products, fulfilled via:
- One (1) $50 digital gift card emailed weekly
- Gift card sent every Monday during the prize period
- Prize redemption window: January 5, 2026 – March 30, 2026
- Limit: one (1) order per week, up to $50 value per order
- Free shipping included
Gift cards cannot be combined with other offers, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

Upon receiving each weekly digital gift card:

- Add products to your cart (up to $50 order value)
- Enter your unique digital gift card code at checkout
- Complete checkout to receive your free order
6. Limitations & Liability
Bakerly is not responsible for:
- Technical issues or platform errors
- Lost, late, delayed, or misdirected emails
- Shipping delays or carrier issues
- Lost or damaged Golden Tickets
- Unauthorized participation, tampering, or fraud
Bakerly may disqualify entries suspected of violating these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bakerly disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or Sweepstakes.
7. Modifications
Bakerly may revise these Terms at any time.
Participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
