what is the Chapman Partnership?
The Chapman Partnership is a multifaceted organization helping provide comprehensive support to homeless individuals and families in the South Florida area. Chapman's support programs aim to tackle every challenge of homelessness by offering a variety of resources and assistance. Their mission to empower homeless men, women, and children is carried out by providing emergency housing, meals, health, dental and psychiatric care, day care, job training, job placement and assistance with securing stable housing. The Partnership operates two Homeless Assistance Centers in South Florida with one in Miami and a second in Homestead. The 800 beds at each location help serve approximately 5,000 men, women and families with children annually, according to Chapman's website. Since their inception in 1995, the Partnership has admitted over 110,000 people, including 24,000 children. Notably, 64% of those who complete Chapman's program move on from homelessness to self-sufficiency.For more information on Chapman Partnership and their programs, head over to their website.
