  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • olive oil for brushing
  • salt and ground pepper to taste

  1. Cut off the top of the bakerly brioche dinner rolls and remove the center bread using your fingers to shape a small bowl.

  3. Place shredded gruyere, 5-6 small cubes of ham, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley into the roll.
  4. Break a whole medium-sized egg over the filling.
  5. Finish the edges around the egg with more shredded gruyere. Sprinkle the top with a little pepper and more parsley.
  6. Brush the lids with olive oil and place on top of each filled roll.
  7. Place rolls on a parchment paper-lined medium baking tray.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees, for 15-17 minutes. Serve warm.
