These simple and delicious fruits get jazzed up a bit with a sweet balsamic glaze that pairs fabulously with the creamy ricotta cheese…Take advantage of the season and eat fresh berries in a new and different way! It’s a fabulous way to start your day, so what are you waiting for?! Get going with berries and French brioche!


    • 2 bakerly brioche rolls
    • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 3 strawberries
    • 8 blueberries
    • 6 raspberries
    • 4 spoons ricotta cheese
    • 1 sprig mint


    1. Slice the strawberries.
    2. Boil the balsamic vinegar, honey and a sprig of mint in a saucepan until having the consistency of syrup.
    3. Cool the syrup and spread cheese on the brioche roll, then add the berries.
    4. Drizzle the syrup over the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and ricotta.
    5. Enjoy!
