ricotta with balsamic berries

ingredients:
- 2 bakerly brioche rolls
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 strawberries
- 8 blueberries
- 6 raspberries
- 4 spoons ricotta cheese
- 1 sprig mint
instructions:
- Slice the strawberries.
- Boil the balsamic vinegar, honey and a sprig of mint in a saucepan until having the consistency of syrup.
- Cool the syrup and spread cheese on the brioche roll, then add the berries.
- Drizzle the syrup over the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and ricotta.
- Enjoy!
