French Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets

  • Β½ cucumber, thinly sliced

  • Β½ red onion, finely chopped

  • 4 tbsp tzatziki

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

French Salmon Burgers Full Time: 40 minutes

Lightly toast the bakerly Brioche Burger Buns on both sides and set aside.

Prepare the toppings: slice the cucumber, finely chop the red onion, and roughly chop the cilantro.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through and lightly golden on the outside.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of tzatziki on the bottom half of each bun.

Place the cooked salmon on the bun, then layer with cucumber slices, red onion, and cilantro.

Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately.
