S'mores Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 2 large chocolate bars

  • 2 cups marshmallows

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough overhang to cover the rolls while baking.

Slice the bakerly Brioche Dinner Rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in the prepared pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, cinnamon, and sugar.

Arrange the chocolate bars evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with marshmallows, then place the top halves of the rolls on top.

Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with the graham cracker mixture.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are soft and gooey. Serve warm and enjoy your golden, melty S’mores Sliders, bon appΓ©tit!
