Shrimp Po Boy Sliders

Ingredients

  • 16 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp horseradish

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • Scallions, sliced (for garnish)

  • Olive oil, for cooking

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Shrimp Po Boy Sliders Full Time: 20 minutes

In a large bowl, mix the chopped celery, mayonnaise, horseradish, and paprika. Season with salt to taste and set aside.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 4–5 minutes, until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper while cooking, then remove from heat.

Slice and toast the bakerly Brioche Dinner Rolls to your liking.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture on both sides of the toasted rolls. Add two shrimp to each slider. Garnish with sliced scallions.
