Ingredients

  • 3 oz Camembert cheese

  • 4 tbsp fig jam

  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup baby arugula

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions

Camembert Fig & Apple Toast Full Time: 15 minutes

Preheat your oven broiler on high heat (around 550°F).

Cut two large slices of bakerly Hand Braided Brioche. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread fig jam evenly over each slice. Top with slices of Camembert cheese.

Place the baking sheet under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

Thinly slice the red onion and Granny Smith apple. Layer the arugula, apple slices, and red onion over the hot toast. Serve immediately and enjoy!
