Ingredients

  • 3 slices smoked salmon

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Fresh dill, for garnish

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth and well combined.

Toast the bakerly brioche slices until lightly golden. Use a cookie cutter to shape the toasted brioche into appetizer-sized pieces, if desired.

Cut the smoked salmon into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
