Ingredients

  • ΒΌ lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • ΒΌ cup white mushrooms, sliced

  • Β½ yellow onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 handful grated cheddar cheese

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Olive oil, for cooking

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Philly Cheesesteak Hot Dogs Full Time: 30 minutes

Thinly slice the steak, mushrooms, and onion.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until soft and lightly golden.

Add the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the mixture from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the steak until browned. Return the vegetable mixture to the pan and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill each bun with the steak and vegetable mixture, then top with grated cheddar cheese.

Finish with a small drizzle of Worcestershire sauce and serve warm.
