Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed and minced

  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh parsley, minced

Soft Garlic Baguettes

Full Time: 15 minutes

Set your oven broiler to low heat (around 450Β°F, 232Β°C).

Crush and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Combine the minced garlic, butter, and olive oil in a microwave-safe dish or small pan.

Heat the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute, or on the stove over moderate-low heat for about 3 minutes.

Slice the bakerly Soft Brioche Baguettes in half lengthwise. Brush both cut sides generously with the warm garlic butter mixture, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and minced parsley.

Place under the broiler for about 2 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
